The mission of the Fratelli Tutti Leadership School is to forge a global community of young people from different regions and cultures, united in their vocation to transform the world and people’s lives through better politics at the service of the Common Good.
The #FTLS is aimed at people who are developing – or wish to develop – capacity for social, economic and/or political impact in their communities and in the world. Together with them, the objective is to co-create a renewed vision that ventures to propose new paradigms from the social and existential peripheries of the planet.
The deep sense of our quest is to initiate a process of reimagnation of the world that recovers collective hope and allows us to make all things new, inspired by the gaze, gestures and proposals of Pope Francis.

To make possible “the development of a global community of fraternity based on the practice of social friendship on the part of peoples and nations calls for a better kind of politics, one truly at the service of the common good”
The global crisis unleashed by Covid-19 made visible the different structural crises that threaten humanity and our Common Home, planet Earth. The economic, political, educational and cultural structures that we have built do not respond to the material needs and deep desires of the men and women of our peoples.
Faced with this scenario, the PSFT works to co-create a new style of political leadership, oriented to the common good, characterized by:

The pedagogical proposal: A community of leaders with harmony in what they feel, think and do
At the heart of our proposal is in the community. We believe that in the encounter with others and the invitation to share the vocation to make new things, opens the way to work in new leaderships that harmonize the feeling, thinking and doing of the individual.
To achieve this harmony and starting from the encounter with the other, we will seek to develop in each young participant:

A Trained Heart in pursuit of higher levels of self-awareness.

A Mind prepared to forge a new perspective on the world.

Hands capable of transforming that world.

Scholas seeks through different educational projects to respond to the call to create a culture of encounter, bringing young people together in an education that generates Meaning.
LEADING WITH COMMON SENSE FOUNDATION
“Liderar con Sentido Común” is an independent, non-profit foundation, promoted and chaired by Antonio Sola. It seeks that people reconnect with their DNA, overcoming differences, and works on its solution through the enhancement of common sense. Develops leadership programs in schools, institutes, universities, associations and other forums that want to contribute to building a better world based on encounter and harmony in order to overcome the barriers that separate us from development, well-being and happiness.
